Summary: What a fantastic stay at The Retreat! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a place where every little detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The facilities are truly faultless — from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate communal spaces. The spa was absolutely top-notch, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. A special mention must go to Leanne in the spa, whose exemplary customer service made our visit even more memorable. The heated outdoor pool was a real treat, such a unique and relaxing touch. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Every bite reflected the same attention to detail seen throughout the rest of the hotel. The staff, without exception, were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their dedication and friendliness truly set The Retreat apart. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back for another visit soon.
